Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely dispatch
- Resolve logistical issues during peak hours
- Participate in monthly safety drills and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Basic computer literacy (inventory systems)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Background check and drug screen required
