Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within climate-controlled facilities
- Maintain organized stock areas and conduct regular cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and best practices
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes monthly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Background check and drug test required
