Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and cycle counting using RF scanners
- Coordinate efficient order picking and packing for e-commerce fulfillment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain strict safety protocols in a temperature-controlled environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for dock operations
- Process inbound shipments and outbound deliveries
- Generate accurate documentation for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification for equipment operation preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency with WMS systems
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
