Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift team members, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and optimize workflows
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10PM-6AM)
- Basic math and inventory management aptitude
- Valid driver's license preferred
