Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform quality control inspections and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in monthly safety drills
- Complete required documentation for inventory tracking and shipping records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
