Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments during overnight hours
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) weekends as needed
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation training
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
