Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and stock organization to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure stock availability.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues immediately to management.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and precision to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar schedules).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
