Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory counts and update stock management systems accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Assist in packaging goods for shipment and prepare shipping documents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail are required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all entry-level roles.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
