Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations according to OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during all tasks
- Support cross-functional projects as needed to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with basic computer systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend availability
- Excellent teamwork skills and commitment to safety-first practices
- Reliable transportation to our downtown DC location
