- Manage 15+ team members during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure accurate inventory control using WMS systems
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate loading/unloading of freight with 24/7 operations
- Optimize warehouse workflow for maximum efficiency
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
