Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move inventory
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect and package products with attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Operate automated sorting systems with minimal supervision
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using dock equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
