Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory levels in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Document workflow activities in digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Positive attitude and commitment to team success
