Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Accurately manage inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate packaging machinery and perform quality control inspections
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation in compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
