Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during overnight shift operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count accuracy
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Generate performance reports for daily management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficient with WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
