Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing products for quality assurance
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain workplace cleanliness
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Assist with cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our NYC facility
