Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and damage.
- Pack, label, and organize inventory according to strict safety and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times, adhering to 5S principles.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team during shift handover procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
