Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before they are shipped out.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, reporting any potential hazards immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
