Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and order fulfillment during night shift operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Inspect products for quality assurance and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule with night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
