Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload shipments with accuracy
- Perform inventory management and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition of tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Assist in training new associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, including weekends
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
