Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels using WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain organized workstations and clean warehouse environment
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Participate in monthly safety drills and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed
