Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize, sort, and stock inventory with precision to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM to 1:00 AM) with reliability.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Valid Forklift certification is a plus (training available).
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace rules.
