Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse facility.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory and stockpiles efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies with accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
