Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and real-time data entry
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
