Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and retrieve merchandise.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping according to strict protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to facilitate a seamless operational handover.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions.
