Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders by selecting, packing, and preparing items for shipment in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
