Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and store inventory with RF scanning technology
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Train on new warehouse management systems and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
