Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and dock operations
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and conduct safety audits
- Optimize warehouse processes using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Resolve operational issues and maintain 99.5% order accuracy
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Manhattan, SAP)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
