Responsibilities
- Efficiently process inbound/outbound shipments using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to South Austin location
