Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain inventory accuracy using scanning technology
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Complete daily paperwork and system documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to work consistently during night shift schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
