Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock and materials safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (Rotating hours from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctual attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
