Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyor systems.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and within certification guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and care, verifying manifests against inventory.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
