Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and pack them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a warehouse setting.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
