Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct thorough inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid ID and willingness to undergo a background check.
