Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship technology components using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety compliance
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy in climate-controlled facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols for night shift operations
- Document workflow data using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Reliable transportation to San Jose Tech Park location
- Flexible availability for rotating weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in fast-paced settings
