We're seeking experienced supervisors to ensure seamless 24/7 logistics operations while maintaining industry-leading safety standards. Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during peak night shift operations
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency and accuracy
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols across all operations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance scheduling
- Manage inventory control systems and reconciliation processes
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) like SAP or Oracle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
