Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently throughout the facility.
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping duties with 99.9% accuracy.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
