Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight hours
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain real-time tracking of shipments using our advanced logistics software
- Uphold stringent safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Implement quality control measures for outgoing shipments
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP/WMS preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Availability to work flexible night schedules (11 PM - 7 AM)
