Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy of orders against packing slips.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
