Responsibilities
- Scan, sort, and organize incoming inventory with precision
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for same-day shipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely per OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Support cross-functional operations during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM – 7 AM schedule
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience a plus
