Responsibilities
- Load and unload cargo: Safely handle packages and freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse storage areas efficiently.
- Picking and Packing: Process customer orders with speed and precision, ensuring accuracy before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Basic education is required.
- Ability to Lift: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have your own means of getting to work.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
