Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Load/unift trucks and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Use handheld scanners for inventory tracking and quality control
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Team player with positive, safety-conscious attitude
