Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack, scan, and ship products using warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records through digital tracking tools
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality assurance
- Uphold 5S workplace organization principles
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Stable work history with minimum 2 references
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled warehouse)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
