Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory and stock rotation in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety compliance
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for domestic distribution
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records using our WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
