Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs for accuracy and timeliness
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free workstations
- Support receiving processes and quality control inspections
- Document transactions and report equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse/forklift certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer literacy
- Valid state driver's license and clean MVR (if operating company vehicles)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Problem-solving skills with ability to work independently or in teams
- Willingness to obtain required forklift certification upon hire
