Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with precision and speed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM shift)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
