Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely within OSHA guidelines
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for next-day shipments
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak processing hours
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation weekly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to 7810 Pulaski Highway
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
