Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory and order fulfillment in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Perform quality control checks and resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems a plus)
