Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory management and order fulfillment during night shift hours
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment through systematic sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless 24/3 operations
- Adhere to safety standards while handling hazardous materials and heavy machinery
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy skills
- Basic computer proficiency for warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation for night shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently in low-supervision environments
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
