Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments in climate-controlled facility
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse automation systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Support inventory reconciliation and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Availability for flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
