Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to/from loading docks efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counting procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to operate handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
